I take it back.

I can never choose a favorite city in Spain. Granada was unlike anywhere I have ever been.  The combo of nature and city, palaces and mountains, make it so unique & refreshing.  Thanks to Casa de Victor, and also Map de Victor.

I ignorantly had no knowledge of the arab architectural influence in Spain. I've even visited the Middle East, and I had seen nothing like the Alhambra before.  Impressive.

The brilliant pattern designers of the 13th century created repeating connected shapes to symbolize infinity. The dizzying and awe-inducing effect when staring at these patterns is not unlike the one when our little brains try to comprehend forever.  Don't you love when a creator is able to put something more meaningful behind/within their work?  It's something I hope to accomplish too with mine.
